Average rating 3.0 based on 1 reviewA clean and efficient environment but if you are concerned about privacy and confidentiality this is probably not the place for you to go for tests. The staff speak very loudly in a space that has cubicles with curtains. At reception I had to give full name, date of birth, phone number and address, I did similar again in the cubicle. This can be heard by multiple people in the waiting room. Fortunately I was having straight forward blood work taken so it needed no explanation but as I sat waiting in the room I learned so much about the people who where in the lab and what they were there for. Im not sure what the staff can do to accommodate this (with masks and plexiglass volume of speach has increased) so it is not a reflection of poor service but rather a heads up to anyone concerned about disclosing personal information publicly.
